Vote to concur with house amendments and pass a bill that appropriates funds for early childhood education and childcare in California.

Highlights:

• Extends the eligibility period for families already receiving childcare services who add an additional child to ensure that the additional child receives at least 12 months of eligibility (Sec. 7).

• Amends existing law to suspend the annual cost-of-living adjustment for childcare and development programs for the 2025-2026 fiscal year (Sec. 2).
