Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that establishes regulations relating to the fiscal year 2025-2026 public resources budget for California.

Highlights:

• Authorizes the Natural Resources Agency to enter into a noncompetitive grant with a nonprofit organization to construct and maintain a memorial to the victims and survivors of the Holocaust at Exposition Park (Sec. 1).

• Requires the Department of General Services to consult with the nonprofit organization and the Natural Resources Agency to review plans and identify maintenance concerns for the proposed memorial (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes money in the Bay Fill Clean-Up and Abatement Fund to be used for enforcement activities related to the fund (Sec. 2).

• Repeals the authorization for use of loans and grants to upgrade underground storage tanks to comply with the Enhanced Vapor Recovery Phase II regulations (Sec. 3).
