Vote to amend and pass a bill that amends Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes relating to witness testimony against themselves.

Highlights:

• Requires that the Pennsylvania Game Commission of nine members must have at least one member to represent agricultural interests and wildlife (Sec. 1).

• Requires prompt reporting of wildlife kills, including the sex and location of carcasses, and creates a self-reporting system for individuals assigned to remove deer (Sec. 2).

• Authorizes carcasses to be donated to approved “processors” – defined as locations designated for carcass drop-off – instead of directly to Game Commission officers (Sec. 2).

• Specifies that this Act takes effect 60 days after passage (Sec. 3).
