Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that amends and updates annual reporting requirements for the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs in Pennsylvania.

Highlights:

• Establishes the continuation of the managed care organization (MCO) assessment and sets a fixed fee at $30.47 per member per month, beginning July 1, 2025 (Sec. 1).

• Establishes the continuation of assessments on intermediate care facilities that serve individuals with intellectual disabilities, as permitted under federal law (Sec. 1).

• Establishes the continuation of the hospital assessment to support Medicaid funding, under both the Human Services Code and the Fiscal Code (Sec. 1).

• Establishes the continuation of the statewide quality care assessment for certain healthcare providers (Sec. 1).

• Establishes the continuation of the nursing facility assessment to fund long-term care services (Sec. 1).
