Appropriates $633,999,000 to various state departments and agencies for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, including the following (Sec. 101-114):
$2.1 million to the Department of Corrections;
$23.8 million to the Department of Education;
$18.1 million to the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy;
$69.3 million to the Department of Health and Human Services;
$230.5 million to the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity;
$369,900 to the Legislature;
$58.1 million to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs;
$1.4 million to the Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential;
$6.2 million to the Department of Natural Resources;
$8.3 million to the Department of State;
$192.2 million to the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget;
$12.7 million to the Department of Transportation;
$11 million to the Department of Treasury;
Establishes requirements for the use of funds appropriated in the previous sections (Sec. 201-1201).

$12,981,800 for accountability services;
$13,611,400 for school support services;
$15,134,600 for educational supports; and
$25,681,500 for the Library of Michigan.
