• Requires pharmacies to display a notice on their website about insulin manufacturer assistance programs, using materials created by the Department of Health (Sec. 1a(1)).

• Requires pharmacies to provide a pamphlet about insulin assistance programs upon request or after an individual’s purchase of insulin (Sec. 1a(2)).
