Authorizes Alaska taxpayers to collect a credit against tax due for certain payments related to child care made by employers (Sec. 1-3).
Requires that the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development adjust for inflation the dollar limit on credits relative to the Consumer Price Index every 5 years (Sec. 2).
