• $12,235,000 to the Alaska Department of Revenue for various capital projects; and

• $700,000 to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for various capital projects.

• Authorizes salary and benefit adjustments with respect to ongoing bargaining agreements (Sec. 9). 

• Specifies that the aforementioned allocations and provisions shall take effect July, 2026 (Sec. 10).
