Highlights:

• Establishes a limit of two four-year terms for elected and governor-appointed Board of Trustees members of the Colorado Public Employees’ Retirement Association (Sec. 2).

• Specifies that a former trustee who has served two consecutive terms may be reelected to the board after not serving for a period of at least one term (Sec. 2).

• Requires the Board to publish and maintain the following information on the Association’s website (Sec. 3):

• The Association’s annual budget;

• The Association’s annual audited financial statements;

• The Association’s salary schedules or policies; and

• The Association’s actual expenditures.
