Vote to pass a bill that requires landlords to offer tenants at least one physical or non-app-based method of accessing their rental unit in Oregon.

Highlights:

● Requires landlords who provide digital-based methods of entry to also offer tenants at least one other entry alternative, such as a code, key card, or physical key (Sec. 1).

● Specifies that access locks and latches must allow tenants to secure the dwelling and prevent unauthorized entry (Sec. 1).
