Establishes that having a signal jammer that can disrupt alarm systems is a crime if it's used to break into or steal from a house or building in Oregon (Sec. 1-2).
Specifies that individuals found guilty of the aforementioned provision shall receive a prison sentence of up to one year and a fine of up to $6,250 or both (Sec. 1-2).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 2).
