    • Administer the Delaware Veterans Trust Fund to assist veterans with medical and dental needs, medical transportation, homelessness, home repairs and safety, household utilities, and educational or retraining programs; and

    • Advise all State agencies on matters related to the education, training, employment, medical, and financial benefit programs for veterans and their dependents.
