• Establishes a limit on rent increase for certain dwelling sites for modular or industrialized buildings or manufactured homes in New Jersey (Sec. 1-4).

• Defines “industrialized or modular buildings” as any building of closed construction, including, but not limited to, modular housing that is factory-built single-family and multi-family housing, including closed-wall, panelized housing, as well as other modular, nonresidential buildings (Sec. 1-4).
