Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that specifies sperm banks do not have to remain in close contact with donors in Colorado.

Highlights:

• Specifies that the donor bank is then required to inform recipients of the donor's significant medical history update (Sec. 1-9).

• Authorizes and encourages donor banks to provide information to donor-conceived persons regarding the physical and emotional risks associated with releasing a donor's private information (Sec. 1-9).
