Title: Authorizes Lawsuits Against the Firearm Industry
Vote to pass a bill that authorizes lawsuits against the firearm industry in Connecticut.

Requires the firearms industry to establish and enforce “reasonable controls” preventing individuals ineligible to purchase a gun from obtaining one through a straw purchase or other means (Sec. 1-3).
Prohibits individuals convicted of violent misdemeanors outside the state from obtaining a carry permit necessary to purchase firearms and ammunition in Connecticut (Sec. 1-3).
