    • By Amending Section 61-6-2220, Relating To Alcohol Sales to Prohibit A Person From Knowingly Selling Alcohol To An Intoxicated Person.

  • Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 22).
