Vote to pass a bill that establishes the Intergenerational Education Revolving Fund within the Health Care Authority in Oklahoma, effective July 1, 2025.

Highlights:

• Establishes the Intergenerational Education Revolving Fund within the Health Care Authority in Oklahoma (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that the fund shall be a continuing fund and not subject to fiscal year limitations (Sec. 1). 

• Establishes the Intergenerational Education Program within the Health Care Authority with the following purposes (Sec. 1):

• Improve nursing facilities;

• Expand the number of intergenerational education programs in the state; and

• Facilitate collaboration between nursing facilities participating in the state’s Medicaid Program and public school districts.
