• Specifies that pesticides registered with the agriculture commissioner, displaying a label approved by the EPA registering the pesticide, displaying a label consistent with the most recent human health assessment performed under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, or displaying a label consistent with the EPA carcinogenicity classification for the pesticide, as sufficient for any requirement for warning or labeling regarding health or safety under this chapter or any other doctrine of state law concerning the duty to warn or label, or any other common law duty to warn (Sec. 1).
