Highlights:

• Establishes the Oklahoma Rural Hospitals Funding Assistance Grant Program Act of 2025 in Oklahoma (Sec. 1). 

• Authorizes the State Department of Health to administer the Oklahoma Rural Hospitals Funding Assistance Grant Program to ensure adequate access to health care services in rural areas (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that the grant program must develop a rubric of analysis to identify areas that qualify for the funding based on if the population is disproportionately unable to access adequate health services due to distance (Sec. 1)

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect July 1, 2025 (Sec. 3).
