Title: Increases the Speed Limit for Husbandry Vehicles to 35 Miles Per Hour
Vote to pass a bill that increases the speed limit for husbandry vehicles to 35 miles per hour (MPH) in Minnesota.
Specifies that a motor vehicle used in livestock raising operations is an implement of husbandry if it operates at speeds not exceeding 35 miles per hour (Sec. 1).
Specifies that vehicles designed to operate at a speed of 35 miles per hour or less must display a triangular slow-moving vehicle emblem (Sec. 3).
Specifies no person may operate or tow an implement of husbandry at a speed of more than 35 miles per hour (Sec. 4).
Specifies that a driver of a vehicle that is used to transport garbage, rubbish, trash, debris, or similar material is not required to cover it as long as it operates at a speed less than 35 miles per hour (Sec. 5).
