Vote to adopt a conference report and pass a bill that prohibits the use of the facilities of a public elementary school, a public secondary school, or an institution of higher education in New Hampshire to provide shelter for undocumented immigrants who have not been admitted into the United States.

Highlights:

• Prohibits the use of any facilities of a public elementary school, a public secondary school, or an institution of higher education for providing shelter or housing to undocumented immigrants in New Hampshire (Sec. 2). 

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill exempt short-term emergency shelter necessary as a result of disasters (Sec. 1)
