Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the state's commissioner of health and human services from choosing which vaccines children in New Hampshire are required to receive.

Highlights:

• Prohibits the state’s commissioner of health and human services from mandating certain vaccines for children in New Hampshire (Sec. 1). 

• Amends the list of required vaccines to remove the following, effective after June 30, 2026 (Sec. 1):

• Varicella;

• Hepatitis B; and

• Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib).

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect 60 days after its passage (Sec. 3).
