• Requires all educational instructional and geographical materials including Florida Statutes, and library media center collections that are adopted or acquired on or after July 1, 2025, by a district school board or charter school governing board to be updated to say "Gulf of America" instead of "Gulf of Mexico" in Florida (Sec. 1).
