  • Increases the fee for fishing outfitter licenses would go up from $100 to $250 for residents and from $400 to $500 for non-state residents (Sec. 1-5).

  • Increases the cost of an annual license to practice taxidermy in the state from $25 to $40 (Sec. 1-5).

  • Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 5).
