Title: Increases the Price for Hunting and Fishing Licenses
Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that increases the price of hunting and fishing licenses in North Dakota.
Increases the price of hunting and fishing licenses in North Dakota, as follows (Sec. 1-5):
For state residents an increase from;
$10 to $20 for small game licenses; and
$30 to $35 for large game hunting licenses;
For non-state residents an increase from
$100 to $150 for small game licenses; and
$250 to $350 for large game licenses;
For state residents an increase from;
$16 to $25 for fishing licenses; and
$10 to $15 for paddlefish tags;
For non-state residents an increase from $45 to $60;
Wild turkey permits an increase from;
$15 to $20 for state residents;
$80 to $100 for non-state residents;
Increases the price for motorboat certificates and licenses from (Sec. 1-5).
$18 to $30 for motorized boats under 16 feet in length including canoes powered by a motor;
$36 to $45 for motorized boats between 16 and 20 feet in length; and
$45 to $60 for motorboats over 20 feet in length.
Increases the fee for resident gun dog trainers from $10 to $20.
Increases the fee for fishing outfitter licenses would go up from $100 to $250 for residents and from $400 to $500 for non-state residents (Sec. 1-5).
Increases the cost of an annual license to practice taxidermy in the state from $25 to $40 (Sec. 1-5).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 5).
