Title: Prohibits Any Federal Armed Forces from Entering the State Without Governor Authority
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits any federal armed forces from entering the state without the Governor's authority in Washington.
Prohibits armed military forces from another state, territory, or district from entering the state of Washington to do military duty, without the permission of the governor, unless they have been called into active service of the United States, and are acting under the authority of the President of the United States (Sec. 1)
Specifies that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect immediately (Sec. 2).
