  • Prohibits this bill from changing childhood immunization guidelines or the process allowing parents to opt their school-age children out of immunizations (Sec. 1-8).

  • Specifies that the provisions of this bill declare an emergency and shall take effect beginning July 1, 2025 (Sec. 9).
