Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that requires individuals who are newly registering to vote in South Dakota be a resident for 30 consecutive days.
Requires individuals who are newly registered to vote in South Dakota to be residents for 30 consecutive days before voting (Sec. 1-2).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 3).
