Title: Repeals the State Childhood Vaccine Buying Program
Vote to pass a bill that repeals the state childhood vaccine buying program in New Hampshire.
Repeals the New Hampshire Vaccine Association and state childhood vaccine buying program (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the New Hampshire Vaccine Association is an organization set up by the state that collects funding from insurers to subsidize childhood immunizations, buying vaccines in bulk to lower costs and ensure universal access to vaccines for children in the state regardless of economic means or insurance status and distribute those vaccines to health care providers at no cost so doctors’ offices and offer them to all pediatric patients free of charge (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect 60 days after passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 2).
