• Specifies that the New Hampshire Vaccine Association is an organization set up by the state that collects funding from insurers to subsidize childhood immunizations, buying vaccines in bulk to lower costs and ensure universal access to vaccines for children in the state regardless of economic means or insurance status and distribute those vaccines to health care providers at no cost so doctors’ offices and offer them to all pediatric patients free of charge (Sec. 1).
