Vote to pass a bill that repeals the mandates to automatically report medical malpractice cases and insurance payouts to the state licensure board in Montana
Repeals the health care providers professional licensing board from receiving a copy of the decision for malpractice (Sec. 1).
Specifies a person, organization, association, society, or health care facility as immune from suit for civil damages as a result of providing information to the state board of medical examiners (Sec. 3).
Expands the ground of suspension of a license or privilege granted by the state of Montana to include a failure to comply portion (Sec. 4).
