Vote to pass a bill that establishes a new law and prohibits legislators from signing certain NDAs in Michigan.
Specifies a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) as an agreement or contract that includes provisions or clauses which provide that a party to the agreement or contract is prohibited from disclosing, discussing, describing, or commenting on the agreement or contract or any of the contract's terms (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 1).
