Title: Reduces the Population Mandate for a County Selling Alcohol at a Stadium
Vote to pass a bill that reduces the population mandate for a county selling alcohol at a stadium in Tennessee.
Reduces the population mandate for a county obtaining a liquor-by-the-drink license to sell alcohol at a stadium in Tennessee from 500,000 to 350,000 (Sec. 1).
Authorizes Covenant Health Park to apply for a license allowing them to sell alcohol by the drink (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 2).
