Title: Prohibits Transgender Girls from Playing on Female Sports Teams

    • The rendering of medical assistance; or

    • During a natural disaster or emergency.

  • Authorizes educational institutions to continue to provide (Sec. 1):

    • Accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990;

    • Single-occupancy or family restrooms, locker rooms, shower areas, or sleeping quarters; and

    • Redesignated restrooms.

  • Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 2).
