Highlights:

• Establishes an 11-day tax exemption starting on the second Friday of October each year on the sales of firearms, ammunition, gun safes, and related accessories including: (Sect.1)

• Stocks;

• Barrels;

• Scopes; and 

• Magazine.

• Specifies that these provisions shall be repealed on July 1, 2030 (Sec. 1).

• Requires all previous laws that conflict with this bill shall be repealed and that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by th Governor (Sec. 2).
