Title: Requires 30-Day Residency Before Registering to Vote

Vote to amend and pass a bill that requires 30 days of residency in Wyoming before the date of the election a person wishes to vote in, effective July 1, 2025.

Highlights:

  • Requires a qualified elector to be a bona fide resident of Wyoming for at least 30 days before the date of the election they wish to vote in (Sec. 1). 

  • Defines a “qualified elector” as an individual who (Sec 1):

    • Has not been convicted of a felony or has had their voting rights restored;
