• Authorizes the Virginia Department of Elections State Board to remove members with a two-thirds majority vote of all the members, following a public hearing on the removal (Sec. 24.2-103).

• Specifies that board members may be removed if the member (Sec. 24.2-103):

• Displays a neglect of a duty of the office;
