Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that requires police to take guns after orders of protection in Illinois.
Establishes a uniform process for removing guns from alleged abusers who are subject to an order of protection (Sec. 5-10).
Establishes an agreement that will allow a third party designated by the gun owner to hold their seized firearms, but not right away (Sec. 5-10).
