    • An aircraft, airport terminal, airport, aircraft terminal, or air navigation facility; or 

    • An intermodal container, intermodal chassis, trailer, container freight station, warehouse, freight distribution facility, or freight consolidation facility.

  • Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 3).
