Specifies that these provisions only apply in cases where the patient’s drugs are administered at a medical office to treat chronic, rare, or life-threatening medical conditions (Sec. 1-3).
Specifies the provisions of this bill shall take effect 90 days following the final adjournment date of the current legislative session (Sec. 4).
