Title: Authorizes Taxes on Digital Goods Like Netflix and Spotify
Vote to pass a bill that authorizes taxes on digital services like Netflix and Spotify in Louisiana.
Prohibits the distribution of fentanyl in a way that would reasonably appeal to minors, whether that be the shape, color, taste, or design, of fentanyl or its packaging (Sec. 2).
Defines fentanyl as a substance or mixture that contains a detectable amount of fentanyl or carfentanil or their analogs (Sec. 2).
Defines reasonable appeal as a design of the fentanyl or its packaging as the following, including (Sec. 2):
Non Controlled substances primarily consumed by or marketed to minors;
Shaped like an animal, vehicle, person, or character;
Food or beverage that is attractive to minors and commonly sold in retail establishments; or
candy.
