Vote to amends and pass a bill that increases penalties for crimes against reproductive health service clinics in California.

Highlights:

• Prohibits the release of information with the goal that another person will use the information to commit a crime, whether is be violent or just the threat of violence, against a reproductive health care recipient or provider (Sec. 2).

• Increases penalties for violations that result in bodily injury by classifying them as felonies with fines up to $50,000 and possible imprisonment (Sec. 2).

• Prohibits the use of force or threats to intimidate individuals exercising their constitutional rights (Sec. 2).

• Defines penalties for defacing or damaging property to interfere with the exercise of rights (Sec. 2).

• Authorizes enhanced penalties, such as felony charges, for repeated violations of provisions (Sec. 2).
