Highlights:

• Amends the crime of Unauthorized disclosure of social security number — subsequent offense to be a Class F felony with a maximum of 4 years in jail (Sec. 15b).

• Amends the crime of Continuing Care Community Disclosure Act — knowing violation to be a Class E felony with a maximum of 7 years in jail (Sec. 15b).

• Amends the crime of Fraudulent conveyances — recording with intent to deceive to be a Class G felony with a maximum of 3 years in jail (Sec. 15b).

• Amends the crime of Fraudulent conveyances — drafting or submitting to be filed with the register of deeds to be a Class D felony with a maximum of 10 years in jail (Sec. 15b).
