    • Develop strategies to mobilize statewide response to Alzheimer's, dementia, and related disorders;

    • Advise the department on necessary updates and implementation of the state plan;

    • Consult with various state agencies and make recommendations on regulations, licensure, financing, or other responsibilities;

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Governor; and

    • Develop and adopt rules for conducting advisory committee meetings.

  • Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect 180 days after passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 6).
