Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that establishes a low-carbon reliable energy standards amendment in Wyoming.
Establishes low-carbon reliable energy standards at not less than 75% of the baseline carbon dioxide production specified in Wyoming (Sec. 1).
Defines “low carbon” for this bill to mean electricity generated from using carbon capture utilization, and storage technology that captures 18,750 metric tons of carbon dioxide each year (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect July 1, 2024 (Sec. 1).
