• Amends trusts and bank asset definitions in bankruptcy clarifications in Wyoming (Sec. 2).

• Authorizes a bank to provide custodial services for stablecoin reserves, provided those custodial services are consistent with this section and the rules and regulations of the commissioner (Sec. 2).

• Authorizes a supervised trust company that is chartered in this state to provide all the services provided in this section if it complies with the provisions of this section and the rules and regulations of the commissioner (Sec. 2).

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect July 1, 2024 (Sec. 3).
