Highlights:

• Appropriates millions in funding to implement raises for certified state teachers, school nurses, and councelors in North Carolina as follows, including as follows beginning in the 2024-2025 school year (Sec. 1.1):

• 12% supplemental salary increase for teachers who have NBPTS certification;

• 10% supplemental salary increase for teachers who have M classification;

• $126.00 per month increase for licensed teachers with a 6-year degree level;

• $253.00 per month increase for licensed teachers with a doctorate degree;

• 10% supplemental salary increase for school nurses; and

• $100.00 per month increase for licensed school councelors at the masters degree level or higher.
