Vote to pass a bill that appropriates funding from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for state government operation costs in Nebraska.

Highlights:

• Appropriates Resources for each agency specified in this act (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that All General Fund appropriations existing on June 30, 2023, in excess of expended and certified encumbrance amounts are hereby lapsed unless otherwise provided (Sec. 1). 

• Defines Salary Limit (Sec. 7).

• Appropriates resources for the office of the public guardian (Sec. 8).

• Appropriates resources for the attorney general's state settlements funds (SEc. 9). 

• Appropriates resources for the state department of education (Sec. 10).

• Appropriates other resources from the state general fund for state programing  purposes (Secc. 30).
