Title: Expands Restrictions on Class 2 E-Bikes

Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that increases limitations, including age, on e-bikes in California.

Highlights:

    • Traffic stops, whether citation or warning was issued, seized property, or if arrest was made; 

    • Amount of times an age violation stop was made but the individual was found to be over the age limit; and

    • Whether a warning or citation was used, and a description of it.
