Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that establishes regionalized coordinated behavioral health crisis response plans across Washington.
Establishes regionalized coordinated behavioral health crisis response plans across Washington (Sec. 2).
Specifies Administrative Services Organizations shall be tasked with establishing comprehensive plans for mobile rapid response crisis teams and community-based crisis teams in their respective regions (Sec. 2).
Requires that the 988 crisis hotline be dedicated to the crisis assistance needs of American Indian and Alaska Native persons and offer services by text, chat, and other similar methods of communication to the same extent as the general 988 crisis hotline (Sec. 4).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 4).
