Highlights:

• Expands a prohibition on certain companies bidding on or submitting a proposal for a state contract to include all companies owned or operated by foreign adversaries (Sec. 1). 

• Prohibit state agencies from contracting for advertising or marketing services with certain companies or from supporting certain companies which are companies of concern that do business with foreign adversaries  (Sec. 1).
