Highlights:

• Prohibits teachers, school employees, or other presenters at a school from engaging in the following discussions with students in grades kindergarten through twelve (Sec. 1):

• Discussing the topics of sexual orientation or gender identity in any classroom discussion that deviates from curricula approved by public school governing authorities;

• Discussing the topics of sexual orientation or gender identity in any extracurricular academic, athletic, or social activity under the jurisdiction of the school; and
